The National Archives Store wants you to be completely satisfied with your historical replicas and gifts; if a product does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of purchase. All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team via email or phone to provide your order number and the reason for your return.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the item in its original box with all certificates of authenticity and documentation included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the provided return authorization label and securely attach it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement within 7-10 business days.
